The Team Leader of Sales Operations Projects manages a team that is responsible for providing strategy support by driving the vision and goals of the Executive Sales Leader and Director of Sales Operations through analysis and solution design. This position manages large, to enterprise-wide, or challenging business process projects, serves as point of contact for project status, decisions, and escalations, ensuring timely delivery of requirements and allocations of resources, and documenting improvements to increase process efficiency. This position provides improvement strategies to drive business results that increase sales performance that impact the prospect and client satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides direction to Sales Operations Project Leads, including assigning work and providing feedback and coaching when needed.
Create a project timeline with milestone and due dates for assigned projects received from Sales Operations.
Document and analyze current and future state processes and system interfaces to identify, process improvement opportunities aimed at increasing quality, effectiveness, and efficiency that drive immediate business results.
Lead meetings with cross-departmental stakeholders and team members to collaborate and align on process, application, or feature enhancements.
Setup and lead department process working sessions for project and process improvements and automation requests from department stakeholders.
Serve as a liaison with internal clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, objectives, and solution for resolution within a process to include establishing goals.
Identify and resolve any project issues or risks that arise, serving as the point of contact for escalated issues, while ensuring project goals are met.
Provides consistent and comprehensive status reports, project updates and ongoing project analysis to project team and impacted stakeholders.
Responsible for effective and efficient communication to all stakeholders within scope on project timelines, due dates and outstanding items.
Conduct alignment and process improvement presentation to stakeholders.
Serve as a liaison to the Sales Department and internal stakeholders by leading the communication rollout to other departments of new sales process or strategies.
Ensure all deadlines are met for process roll-outs, department trainings and special projects.
Recognize, recommend and implement Organizational Change Management strategy and deliverables in projects.
Ability to negotiate with Sales Management on project prioritization and scope while ensuring the long-term vision and strategy are met.
Partner alongside with Regional Learning Executives with coordination, communication, and roll-out of process related trainings to the Sales Department.
Review and approve training and instruction materials to be disseminated to impacted employees when a process is modified.
Document internal processes to promote repeatability and future automation for the Sales Department.
Compile data supporting project results to provide to Department Leaders.
Serve as a liaison for all three sales divisions and Executive Sales Leaders.
Provide mentorship and guidance to Sales Operations Project Leads.
Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Education/Certification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, technology or other related field
Experience:
6+ years of previous project management, analytical role or coordination experience working within teams to achieve specific business outcomes
Experience with CRM with administrator rights
Previous experience working with Senior Leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Certification:
Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or Black Belt Certification
Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP)
PMP certification
