The Senior Desktop/ Executive End User Support Engineer maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots desktop hardware and software packages. Also responsible for customer service and end-user training. The Senior Desktop/End User Support Engineer work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
The Senior Desktop/Executive End User Support Engineer researches and resolves technical problems of moderate complexity, typically escalated from first line support teams. Responds to escalated telephone, email and online requests for technical support. Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem using applicable systems and tools. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications
5 or more years' experience as a Desktop/End User Support Engineer
Experienced in researching and resolves technical problems of moderate complexity, typically escalated from first line support teams
Experienced responding to escalated telephone, email and online requests for technical support
Experienced documenting, tracking, and monitoring the problem using applicable systems and tools.
Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
Ideal candidate will possess polished and poised communication skills with an emphasis on detail and at times, discretion.
Must be able and willing to perform duties of the role in various environments.

25% travel expectation. Travel can often be on short notice.
This role requires ONSITE presence M-F during standard business hours. Candidate must reside within reasonable commutable distance of the office location and be willing to work in-office.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$86,600 - $119,200 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
