Job Abstract

A local company is seeking an individual who will serve as a maintenance associate who will be responsible for maintaining the property in a first-class manner in conjunction with the lead maintenance associate. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 4 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with a sweeper truck driver
• Use a backpack blower to complete initial daily de-littering of property grounds
• Perform general maintenance and ongoing trash removal
• Remove trash and debris from all common areas, corridors, walking paths, storefronts, private roads, parking areas, landscaping areas, docks, mechanical rooms, and detention basins and wooded area
• Clean, wipe down all trash receptacles, ash urns, light pole bases, bollards, benches, bike racks, fencing, windowsills, common area signs, and sign bases
• Snow removal and de-icing during winter months, which includes blowing off excess ice melt product
• Act as the liaison between landlord, vendors, and tenants
• Perform painting, power washing, window cleaning, property inspections, lighting reports, vehicle maintenance visits, special event set up/take down, and holiday décor installation as needed
