Here, the RN Cardiac Critical Care Manager will join a medical center that offers a Robotic Surgical Department as well as specialized cardiac and neuro care units.

Reporting up to the Director of Critical Care, the RN Cardiac Critical Care Manager works closely with other department Nursing Managers. The Manager will receive assistance from the ICU Supervisors and CCRN Charge Nurses on a daily basis.

This Critical Care Department sees it all! From pulmonary to cardiac cases, this unit is fast-paced and requires critical thinking. The RN Cardiac Critical Care Manager will oversee roughly 50 FTEs in treating the sickest patients in the hospital. The skilled nursing and ancillary staff provide care to a capacity of 60 beds. The RN Cardiac Critical Care Manager works alongside CCU Medical Providers to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

The RN Cardiac Critical Care Manager guides the ICU team in administrative and clinical expectations. This Assistant Director ensures staffing metrics are appropriate and training is adhered to by staff. This Leader spearheads initiatives to improve quality, while monitoring budgets and resource allocation in the Critical Care Unit.
