Brief Description: Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent, Business and Administrative Services, plan, coordinate, manage, and oversee the day-to-day operational activities of the District's Maintenance, Operations, and Facilities department, including grounds maintenance and operations, custodial services, sustainability programs, and project management of all construction, including the planning and execution of bond programs.

Education, Experience, and Other Requirements:
Any combination of training, education, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position as described; BA degree required; experience in school district management, supervision, and California school district building construction is desirable.
