The Administrative Director Clinical Operations, Cancer Center is responsible for managing the day-to-day clinical operations of the Cancer Center.

Essential Functions:
- This will be accomplished by working collaboratively with the Vice President of Ambulatory Services, the Northern Regional Medical Director, and the Medical Director of the Cancer Center to design and implement clinical and administrative processes that support the clinical operations of the Cancer Center.
- Responsible for ensuring that all services offered in the Cancer Center are based on current best practices by monitoring the field of Oncology.
- Develops and implements performance improvement plans to ensure positive outcomes in quality and patient satisfaction.
- Prepares and maintains capital and operating budgets for all clinical functions of the Cancer Center.
- Oversees the development and implementation of all clinical operation policies and procedures; ensures that these policies are uniformly understood, properly interpreted, and administered. Maintains compliance with regulatory policies, procedures and guidelines.
- In addition to other direct reports, the Administrative Director will oversee the Infusion Center, laboratory Services, clinical staff in the Cancer Center office practices, Advanced Practice Providers and clinical leaders over the Cancer Center ensuring their performance supports the operation of the Cancer Center.
