Serves as a support to management on human resource-related issues. Acts as an employee champion and change agent. Assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. Communicates proactively with the HR department and business management. Seeks to assist in the development integrated solutions.
1. Provide HR support support, which includes interpreting, communicating, and implementing HR policies and procedures for Atlantic Medical Group. 2. Assists with coordination and roll out of various projects, tasks, and programs that impact business objectives such as Talent Calibration, New leader Assimilations, HR Power Hour, Mergers & Acquisitions activity, Team Engagement initiatives, and other duties. 3. Support engagement survey rollout and participation efforts. Assists in coordinating listening tours and engagement activities for client groups alongside Sr. HR Business Partner 4. Identify trends in team member questions that could identify potential systemic issues and partner with HR to escalate and support further communication. 5. Provides administrative and functional support for system updates in Atlantic HUB (Line manager updates, Oracle tickets, CWR terminations, Evaluation updates). 6. Complete exit interviews for specific areas of need. 7. Develop and present content to be presented on various HR topics depending on the business need. 8. In partnership with Sr. HR Business Partner and operational leader, utilizes performance management system to assist in drafting/approving Performance Improvement Plans 9. Works collaboratively with team members regarding questions/concerns and provides consultative support for Workforce Experience, Workforce Relations, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition. 10. Visits and rounds to off-site medical practices as needed. 11. Assists with employee recognition and celebration activities and giveaways. Ensure space and engage the local volunteers for support.
