Job Abstract

A manufacturing company is seeking a Tool Room Machinist to join their team. You will work Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate machine tools, both CNC and manual such as grinders, mills, lathes, drill presses, and other machining equipment
• Attach holding fixtures, cutting tools, accessories, or materials onto machines, and use hand grinders or other hand tools
• Read blueprints, drawings, and understand tolerances to perform machining tasks
• Disassemble and assemble production molds, machine composites, metals, and aluminum
• Confer with engineering, supervisory, or manufacturing personnel to exchange technical information
• Assist in record keeping and documentation required and record and retrieve information in IQMS
• Participate in housekeeping and training activities and follow all safety requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned
