Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and skills:

- 7+ years experience both in data management and operational leadership in dynamic, data-intensive environments, with a specific focus on alternative investments such as real estate, hedge funds, private capital, private equity
- A proven track record in driving successful data-driven initiatives and leading significant transformational projects and operational change
- In-depth knowledge of data management technologies, methodologies, and best practices
- Strong problem solving and decision making abilities, capable of navigating complex challenges and delivering solutions
- A strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies aligned with organization’s vision and goals
- Exceptional leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and lead diverse teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence and engage at all organizational levels
- Demonstrated experience in operational controls, with a focus on developing, implementing and improving control frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in developing presentations and fluency in Microsoft applications
- Proficiency in AI, automation tools and other emerging technologies
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Deep subject matter expertise in one or more alternative investment products. Areas of expertise should include, but not limited to real estate, hedge fund of funds, private capital or private equity
- A technical skillset that includes any combination SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, advanced Excel, Python (or other automation tools) applied creatively to solve operational challenges and improve efficiencies
