• Provide administrative support for In-Service and Firearms training classes
• Create and maintain spreadsheets to track data for reporting
• Manage all files for In-Service training
• Ensure they are complete and accurate
• Update schedules and calendars
• Support academy staff with administrative and clerical duties
• Process bi-weekly payroll
• Submit purchasing requisitions
• Process travel requests
• Prepare correspondence

• Strong experience providing general administrative support in a busy organization.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with a data management system.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and successfully prioritize their workload.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
