$90,000.00/Yr. - $100,000.00/Yr.
Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

As the VP, Small Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational functions specific to our Small Business Banking Division. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations, efficient processes, sales support functions, and exceptional customer experience for our new and existing customers.
Responsibilities:
- Streamline and optimize operational processes related to all small business banking activities, including account opening, account maintenance, and more
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies governing small business banking operations, collaborating with compliance teams to implement necessary controls and procedures
- Ownership of the department processes and procedures
- Consistently develop and update procedural enhancements to reduce risk, increase productivity and efficiency and to ensure a great client experience
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the digital banking experience for small business clients, identifying pain points and implementing solutions to improve satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead a team of operations staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance, development, productivity, and adherence to service level agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement and integrate technological solutions that enhance small business banking operations, such as automation tools, digital onboarding processes, and customer self-service options
- Identify and mitigate operational risks related to small business banking activities, including fraud prevention, cybersecurity, and data privacy, working closely with risk management teams to implement controls and processes
- Support customers and employees in resolving or escalating concerns or complaints
- Develop monitoring and productivity reports and certifications that can be utilized to effectively evaluate and impact performance
- Work with the Small Business Banking Trainer to ensure all supporting staff are properly trained have resources and tools to complete their job successfully
- Establish KPIs, KRIs, and metrics to monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of small business banking operations, conducting regular analysis, and reporting to identify areas for improvement
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and customer support, to align small business banking operations with broader organizational goals and initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years in Banking Operations, preferably with a focus in Business Banking
- 2+ years in management
- Proficient in MS Office and other sales management software including Salesforce.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards applicable to small business banking operations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve operational excellence
- Technologically savvy, with a keen interest in leveraging digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
