Primary Customers or Key Working Relationships: Benefits, Compensation, Recruitment, Learning and Development, HR COE, Payroll, Managers, Directors and MLH Employees. Essential Accountabilities:- Liaison with IT and program owners to identify and resolve process and system issues in a timely manner.- Gather business requirements for new implementation and/or process changes from business stakeholders and ensure understanding with IT for optimal delivery.- Partner with program owners to ensure end-to-end processes are documented, knowledge is transferred, and cross-functional impacts are communicated.- Ability to perform functional integration testing of all integration points between the applications, components, and services.- Perform defect investigation and root cause analysis to solution day to day production issues as well as system enhancements.- Strong reporting capability (query building and modifying) and ability to process data into meaningful information.- Develop and maintain training program materials for departments within and outside of HR, including Managers and Directors.- Develop standard operating documentation (SOP) and ensure updated regularly with accurate information as processes and business needs change.- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. Experience: - 3-5 years of experience in application administration.- Strong analytical skill as well as verbal and written communication skill with problem solving aptitude.- Attention to detail- Strong organization skill with high ability to multitask.- Working knowledge of MS Excel and Visio Other Minimal
