Job Description
As the Lead Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our strategic initiatives and enhancing operational excellence. Your responsibilities include:
Strategic Alignment: Act as a trusted advisor and extension of the SVP, ensuring strategic alignment and execution across global teams in line with our mission, vision, and purpose.
Executive Representation: Serve as a key communication link between senior leadership and other stakeholders, ensuring clarity and continuity in all interactions.
Cross-Organizational Facilitation: Coordinate interactions between cross-functional leadership to enhance collaboration across functions to support significant business initiatives and drive unified efforts.
Project Management: Oversee a portfolio of critical projects, ensuring they progress on schedule and meet the high standards synonymous with Dynatrace.
Budget Analysis and Reporting: Assist with development, analysis, and reporting of department budgets including global travel and other employee-related programs.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support including cross-functional calendar management, meeting coordination, travel, and expense reporting.
Meeting Preparation and Accountability: Assist with agendas, briefing materials, and presentations for meetings, ensuring the SVP is well-prepared for all engagements, document decisions, and follow up on agreed upon action items to ensure completion.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
Minimum Requirements
Significant experience (7+ years) in a similar role, preferably within a technology or software company, demonstrating an ability to effectively manage and influence within a complex organizational structure.
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Reward
The compensation range for this role is $140-170k. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location.
