TheCulinary Associate will work with staff and Team Lead for general preparation, assembly and packing of products.
Responsibilities:
- Must have excellent listening skills
- Good verbal communication skills
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to clearly communicate in English. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Analytical skills necessary
- Assist in opening & closing procedures.?
- Apply knowledge of processes involved, production methods, and products to the nuances of everyday operation.?
- Reports all issues that occur daily to the appropriate Team Lead, Supervisor or Manager in a timely manner.?
- Follow security, safety and GMP regulations and ensure correct follow up on all regulations.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- In a work day: standing/walking 6-10 hours or more
- Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
- Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting and reaching.
- Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals.
- Constant exposure to temperatures: <-10 degrees Fahrenheit (freezing), 32-40 degrees Fahrenheit (refrigerators)
- Ability to work in a wet and cold environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to use tools and equipment, including box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.
Education and Qualifications:
- Read English
- Follow directions quickly & precisely
- Perform multiple tasks
- Maintain aclean,safe work environment
- Assist other employees when possible
- Must embody and demonstrate company values and culture
