Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes for machining operations.
Design and implement tooling, fixtures, and equipment to enhance production efficiency and quality.
Conduct time studies and workflow analysis to identify areas for process improvement.
Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability of new products.
Troubleshoot and resolve machining process issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
Implement lean manufacturing principles and practices to reduce waste and improve productivity.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for machining processes.
Train and support production staff on new equipment, processes, and procedures.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
