Duties and Responsibilities
• Work closely with Chief Architect, development groups and infrastructure groups to engineer an enterprise data warehouse solution in the Microsoft Azure stack.
• Provide production support for BI environment in the areas of security, troubleshooting, system monitoring and performance tuning.
• Design, analyze and build ETL programs to populate enterprise data warehouse on a scheduled basis and live.
• Design, develop and provide level 2 support to end-users for SSRS, Microsoft PowerBI and other internal reporting systems.
• Ensure on-time and continuous data transformation to the Data Warehouse.
• Create and maintain technical documentation of BI environment.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and data query results for various business units.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, with preference in database administration.
• 5+ years of Database administration and optimization.
• 5+ years of experience in developing automated reports and dashboards using various toolsets including but not limited to Power BI, and SSRS.
• 5+ years of experience in database development experience in a BI and data warehouse environment using the full Microsoft Development stack; recent Microsoft Azure experience required.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Ability to plan, organize and management multiple tasks during normal agile sprint environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in data modeling, both relational and dimensional.
• Demonstrated proficiency in extracting data from and analyzing data in relational database systems creating ETL solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL Server, MySQL, TSQL, JSON, Python and other programming languages.
• Deep experience using Microsoft Excel in reporting, pivot table and graphing.
