Dry Development is looking for the RIGHT person to join the team for one of our Clients, a MSP IT Services company.

As a Systems Support Specialist you will be an important part of fulfilling the companies' mission by providing technical support to clients, as well as setup, install, and configure computer systems, network equipment, software, and related information technology for businesses.
Dry Development is looking for someone to join our Client's team who is friendly and enthusiastic about IT, has a strong work ethic, and is dedicated to doing a great job serving clients’ IT needs and having fun solving problems.
Technical experience and troubleshooting skills are extremely important, however our client places an even larger emphasis on their Core Values.

Compensation: Non-Exempt employment, depending upon hours, will be in the range of $60K-$75K/annually. Also an incentive Bonus program based on the percentage of billable hours.

- Must love working on a small team of 1-5 people.
- Must love working with customers, and ability to be onsite at customer locations in Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Inland Empire.
- Must possess excellent English oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer services skills and enjoy interacting with end users
- Outstanding troubleshooting skills, with ability to effectively analyze problems from a broad understanding of networked systems, isolate to hardware or software problem, and follow through to problem resolution
- Excellent attention to details, documentation, record keeping, etc.
- Use good judgment to effectively prioritize work in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities - ability to work on multiple projects concurrently while focusing on high-priority tasks
- Type 40 WPM+
- Must be a team player, and responsible/dependable enough to work independently!
