Who You Are
As a Distribution Center Support Associate, you will fulfill a key role in the successful daily operation of the Distribution Center for the shipping/receiving of products, inventory, Help Line, floral and HR/Payroll administration. Your general knowledge of office practices, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and excellent verbal communication skills are key attributes needed to successfully provide administrative and quality control support in various functions of the Distribution Center.
Your flexibility and open availability is required to support our Distribution center which is open 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.

Compensation
The range displayed reflects the range the company reasonably expects to pay for the position. The actual compensation offered to the selected individual(s) will depend on their relevant education, training, or experience, among other bona fide factors.
Expected Minimum Pay Rate
USD $20.05/Hr.
Expected Maximum Pay Rate
USD $25.31/Hr.

Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. plus one (1) year of related work experience in distribution.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge of general clerical practices, methods, and procedures.
Knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Ability to effectively use and maintain a variety of filing systems and records.
Ability to work independently; be flexible in changing work priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Ability to maintain effective working relationships.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to act in a responsive manner to store inquiries and requests.
Demonstrated organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.
Ability to obtain aerial lift certification.
