The Faculty Employment Coodrinator assists with the successful recruitment of faculty. This job coordinates all aspects of faculty recruiting to ensure candidates are introduced to the organization in a professional and positive manner. Licensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements for Hire: N/ALicensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements for continued employment: N/AExperience REQUIRED:Minimum of five (5) years Human Resources or customer service, secretarial/administrative experience Previous experience using a personal computer and Microsoft Office applications and e-mail calendaringExperience PREFERRED: Six (6) years of previous Human Resourcesor customer service, secretarial/administrative work Previous Human Resource experience in an academic or hospital setting One (1) year of previous experience in recruitment supportEducation/training REQUIRED: High School Diploma or equivalentEducation/training PREFERRED:Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business, or closely related field from an accredited programIndependent action(s) required:Coordination of interview and recruitment related activities for faculty candidates who are identified and interviewed.
