Jacobs is seeking to hire a system’s professional who wants to work in a collaborative environment. As an experienced Eco-sys Administrator and support you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of project specific work and be willing to travel.
As a Eco-sys administrator and support you will:
- Work the Enterprise Operations as a Service Offering addresses our clients’ needs for on-going operations of their technology and business process investments through multi-year contracts. We deliver continuous modernization, upgrades, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements.
- Serve as the primary administrator for the Eco-sys platform, responsible for configuration, maintenance, data loads, integrations, upgrades and optimization of the cost objects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into Eco-sys system configurations and workflows.
- Configure and maintain core Eco-sys components, including but not limited to organizations, hierarchies, security roles, business processes, reports, and integrations.
- Develop and maintain Eco-sys business processes, custom reports, and analytics to support projects and finance-related functions.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems related to Eco-sys functionality, data integrity, and system integrations.
- Stay up to date with new Eco-sys features and enhancements, evaluating their potential impact on the organization and making recommendations for their adoption.
- Collaborate with the Project Managers and other team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within Eco-sys.
- Provide end-user support and training, ensuring employees and managers are equipped to effectively use Eco-sys and its features.
- Participate in system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for Eco-sys updates, enhancements, and integrations.
- Maintain data in the system for integrity and compliance.
- Assist in the design and implementation of new functionality.
- Recommends, implements, and plans for improvements, enhancements, and new applications to the system.
- Maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and user guides.

The base salary range for this position is $60,600 to $144,750. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- 3 years experience as a Eco-sys Administrator, with setup and configuration.
- 2 years experience with strong understanding of Eco-sys functionality, including configuration, security, business processes, and reporting.
- Experience with Eco-sys integration tools and technologies.
- Proficient in Eco-sys reporting and analytics, including report writing and creating dashboards.
- Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to prioritize (and reprioritize) as business needs change.
- Experience working with diverse set of stakeholders.
- Ability to work with all levels of management.
Ideally, you'll also have:
- Experience with Eco-sys configuration and administration in a global or multi-entity organization.
- Knowledge of Project Management Systems such as Eco-sys
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology specific field or equivalent job related experience.
- Understanding of database systems and Networks.
- Strong knowledge of Software system design and implementation of PIMS Systems.
