The Coordinator works directly with the Director of Experiential Learning, or above, to coordinate the Office of Experiential Learning. Responsible for assisting with maintenance of infrastructure, including implementation of processes and coordination of technology, for university-wide experiential learning opportunities for students at UNF. The coordinator collaborates with the director, UNF stakeholders, and community partners.
Essential Duties
Job Function
The coordinator is responsible for coordinating functions of the Office of Experiential Learning and for working closely with the Director, or above, on:
Maintenance of a university-wide centralized system for assessing, categorizing, and cataloging annual experiential learning opportunities across campus
Primary campus administrator and first level of institutional support for the OspreyImpact (dba GivePulse) system
Onboarding and training of UNF students, UNF employees, and external partners on the OspreyImpact system
Maintain and coordinate a co-curricular transcript that students can use to demonstrate completion of experiential learning activities or program requirements (e.g., Honors in the Major) and to supplement their academic transcript
Advise students on Experiential Learning opportunities at UNF
Assist with assessment of UNF experiential learning opportunities for alignment with FL BOG system-wide definitions that include undergraduate research, internships, community-based learning, creative, innovative, and entrepreneurial projects, global or sociocultural learning, leadership, and career and professional experiences
Maintenance of a university-wide centralized system for documenting University agreements with community organizations and industry partners
Assist with implementing, monitoring, and reporting on key organizational and programmatic performance indicators
Assist with proposals, recommendations, and reports for senior leadership.
During declared campus emergencies, this position may be required to perform specific job-related duties at a designated off campus location or place of residence.

Required Qualifications
This position requires either (a) Master’s degree from an acceptable accredited institution in a directly related area of specialization; (b) Bachelor’s degree from an acceptable accredited institution in a directly related area of specialization and two years of experience directly related to the job functions; or (c ) 6 years of direct experience.
