About the Job We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Analyst, Treasury to join the Tailored Brands Treasury team. This individual will support the Treasury team with U.S. and Canadian cash management that includes payment processing, bank management, maintaining treasury records, and managing correspondence with our banking partners and third-party vendors. This is a hybrid position working at our Houston Oak Park corporate office 2 days per week. What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities Process credit applications for all business units. Process credit reports for accounts receivable customer billing accounts utilizing D&B credit reporting services. Assist with new store openings and bank change requests by performing proximity searches, to assign new bank for store deposits. Prepare bank deposits via Remote deposit capture service and update Treasury monthly deposit schedule. Prepare monthly journal entries for miscellaneous deposits for all business units. Process void, reissues and stop payments for AP & PR bank accounts. Retrieve and save monthly bank statements for USD and CAD bank accounts. Backup for US and Canadian Cash Management Analysts. Process Fraud check claimant requests. Oversee bank fee analysis software and process bank fee 822 file uploads. Provide general clerical support to the Treasury department, which includes coding monthly invoices, distributing mail, and ordering supplies. Process weekly payment cycles. Prepare, process, and distribute bi-weekly check cycles. Build and maintain relationships with cross functional partners. Assists in other Treasury projects as assigned. What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or other business discipline. Some prior experience with Treasury, Accounts Payable, or Cash Management is a plus. Knowledge of PeopleSoft preferred. Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and numeric aptitude. Initiative-taking with the ability to work effectively independently, as well as in a team environment. Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, from a hybrid location near our Houston corporate office.
