This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and contribute to Salesforce administration and reporting, enhancing the financial management capabilities within the university.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the IT and financial operations teams to understand requirements and assist in the AccountingSeed implementation within Salesforce.
Participate in system configuration, data migration, and integration efforts to ensure a smooth transition to the new accounting platform.
Assist in developing and customizing Salesforce reports and dashboards to meet the financial tracking and reporting needs of the business units.
Acquire and apply Salesforce admin skills, focusing on user management, security settings, and system customization to aid the financial operations team.
Help document IT processes and configurations related to the Salesforce platform and AccountingSeed software.
Engage in testing and troubleshooting, utilizing Salesforce reporting tools to identify and rectify system issues.
Offer administrative and project support to the IT team, gaining exposure to a broad range of IT and financial operational tasks.
