Amenities spaces include food service and wellness areas (cafes, fitness center, quiet rooms, lactation rooms, etc.). Participates in the planning of wellness and food service programming, communications, and marketing efforts, as well as overall operations. Supports in the execution of both the wellness and food service programs, including onsite and virtual events. Assists with audits of the Comcast Campus Philadelphia wellness amenities spaces.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Develops weekly and monthly internal department communications.
- Assists with content development for the employee newsletter, internal social media platforms and ComcastNow articles.
- Updates Wellness at Comcast website and adheres to department branding.
- Supports the strategic development and tactical delivery of the signature wellness and food service programs to enhance a supportive campus culture that emphasizes holistic wellbeing.
- Creates and edits presentations materials, including event and quarterly updates.
- Identifies, researches and assesses new wellness trends, opportunities, and speakers.
- Executes onsite and virtual events for both headquarters and enterprise employees.
- Coordinates team wellness and food service presentations and experiences for internal departments and ERGs.
- Assists with oversight of campus wellness amenity spaces and vendors, including room access, facilities management, and communications.
- Supports relationships with internal departments and external partners.
- Tracks all expenditures, verifies receipts and payments; reconciles invoices; performs other tasks necessary to track and/or report on budgetary developments.
- Collects and reports all monthly data from amenities partners.
- Builds and evaluates survey data for events, communications and overall department.
- Graphic design and marketing/communications experience required.
- Reports to Sr. Director, Campus Experience Amenities.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
