Pay range: $20 - $23 per hour on W2

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the initial point of contact for privacy incident triage, including the decision on when to engage legal support.
• Utilize JIRA for creating specific case types to accurately track and store privacy incidents.
• Perform metrics and tracking, ensuring incident documents are accurate and reflected within JIRA.
• Facilitate the management of low to medium severity incidents from start to finish, including documentation, mitigation, and post-mortem analysis when required.
• Work collaboratively with business units, operations, product, engineering, legal, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful resolution of privacy incidents.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
