Essential Functions

List the primary on-going responsibilities that are necessary to accomplish the purpose of the job (Numerical listing in order of importance). Build relationships and become a trusted resource with the ability to influence Maintain a strategic partner focus to identify and lead the delivery of appropriate healthcare data solutions through the analysis of client needs. Manage a focused sales plan aligned with strategic growth initiatives. Execute a full life-cycle sales process, including prospecting, presenting, and closing. Attend industry events
Qualifications
Describe experience, education, skills and certifications/licenses and related course work typically required or expected to perform essential job functions. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a business development/partnerships role. Experience collaborating with and delivering results for health plans and healthcare payers Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; demonstrated ability to interact effectively with senior-level and C-level leaders. Dedicated to follow-through and results. Ability to work independently as well as within a team. Excellent written and verbal presentation skills are required. Ability to understand client needs and communicate complex solutions in a clear and articulate manner. Must thrive in a fast-paced sales environment where responsibility for individual performance and a team approach are valued. Health care business knowledge, particularly related to value-based care and health care quality and risk management.
