As a Systems Engineer in Network Operations, your work will be responsible for operational and engineering activities that maintain and enhance the customer experience by harnessing cutting-edge technologies that power our network. WHAT OUR SYSTEMS ENGINEERS ENJOY MOST
- Providing engineering technical support and guidance to other personnel and ensures all technical integration, changes, standards and documentation are met.
- Preparing systems integration and test certification documentation and reporting, generating test reports, methods of procedure and bug reports.
- Supporting an innovative, diverse, and collaborative work environment to produce exceptional results delivering the customer experience.
- Researching issue and resolution of action items as needed.
- Contributing to the development of internal support processes, documentation, and procedures.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Three (3) year of overall Systems Engineering work experience. Two (2) year of experience in Application / Provisioning Support, Telecommunications, and / or other related fields
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, and / or equivalent work experience.
- Technical skills: Two (2) year of Unix and Linux Operating Systems.
- Skills: Assembles concise, understandable analysis and clearly identifies facts and opinion(s).
- Abilities: Can prepare integration and test certification documentation and reporting, generating test reports, methods of procedure and bug reports.
- Work Environment: This position is eligible to work in a hybrid work model (combination of in-office and remote days).
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred qualifications should include; certification(s), education, industry experience that relate to your particular technical needs as a department.
