Maintains grounds of outside property as assigned, including parking lot, landscape areas, garage, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, etc.
Performs minor repairs of asphalt or concrete.
Performs directional signage repair. - Paints parking lot stripes, curbs, etc.

Responsible for safe and efficient use of heavy equipment and machinery, including sweepers, mowers, trimming equipment, pressure washers, and aerial man lifts.

Facilities maintenance experience in hospitality or related field, or groundskeeping/landscaping experience preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a valid state Driver’s License.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and basic finishing a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive approach to dealing with issues.
