Reviews and processes employee time cards and adjustment sheets; prepares all reports pertaining to payroll; completes questionnaires and reports on employee earnings; calculates benefit accruals for full- and part-time employees.

Reviews new hire forms, personnel change forms and terminations received from Human Resources and prepares and processes required documents to record payroll information. Contacts Human Resources or department as required regarding missing information.
Receives and answers inquiries from departments and employees regarding paychecks, deductions, accruals and related matters.
Prepares and enters manual checks as required, calculating time, deductions, etc. (e.g., for terminations, vacation pay).
Maintains employee files.
Prepares payroll summary reports and other reports as required by department.
Reconciles all reports for outside agencies and organizations (e.g., union, court orders, levies) with payroll run; prepares check requests for amounts due to various agencies.
