Procedure development and ownership.
Maintenance of ISO9000 quality system procedures and work instructions.
Management of CAPA (corrective action) resolution for component processes.
Design and implement functional gages for BWXT hardware Prepare capital packages for purchase of new gages Support other Quality Engineers with gaging and inspection planning need
Develop and maintain Dimensional Inspection Technique sheets (DITS) Create CAD models and drawings.

Qualifications / Requirements:
Assosicates degree in engineering or technical field is required.
2 years quality assurance, engineering or manufacturing experience required.
CAD software experieance
Solid math/statistical skills and knowledgeable in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing and print reading.
Experience or knowledge of manufacturing processes including machining, welding, and assembly preferred but not required.
Experience or knowledge of inspection techniques including dimensional inspection, NDE methods such as ultrasound, mag particle inspection, liquid penetrant inspection and/or radiography preferred but not required.
Must be able to obtain and maintain and DOE security clearance.
