What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:
Providing efficient and professional customer support via phone and email through our ticketing system
Managing a high volume of support requests daily, ensuring that our customers receive the best solutions possible
Maintaining precise and accurate handling of tickets and customer data
Working independently and within a collaborative team environment to identify product or service issues
Staying informed about product and policy changes relevant to product support
Expanding operations to include weekends during peak season, which may include overtime
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have 2+ years of customer service experience
Are proficient with Microsoft Office Word and Outlook
Have experience with eCommerce and Ticketing platforms (a plus)
Have a home office setup with a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace to receive calls
Are independent with strong decision-making skills and the ability to multitask
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on customer service
Are able to build collaborative relationships with co-workers and cross-functional teams
Have exceptional time management skills with a high degree of accuracy and accountability in a fast-paced environment
Are enthusiastic about holiday consumer products and sharing that excitement with our customers
