Contracts Administrator, Senior
Key Role:
Bring your contract management expertise to our team, where you’ll be a trusted advisor and a valuable member, providing creative solutions to complex problems. Use your sharp negotiation tactics and talent to support critical programs across the contracts life cycle in support of our Intelligence Sector. Negotiate and administer contracts with the U.S. Government and subcontracts with large and small business prime contractors across the breadth of contract types. Review and analyze solicitations for potential risks and suggested proposal strategies, including compliance with requirements and recommended pricing approach. Provide advice and counsel to account leadership on contractual matters, including regulatory and corporate policy compliance requirements, risk management, and operational performance. Work with a collaborative team where you’ll leverage your acquisition knowledge to make a positive impact.
Basic Requirements:
2+ years of experience with contract administration, negotiations, and proposal preparation
Experience with multiple contract types, including fixed-price, time and material, cost reimbursable
Experience in negotiating teaming and non-disclosure agreements with industry partners
Experience with Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) terms and mitigation plans
Experience in reviewing terms and conditions and statements of work for areas of risk and risk mitigation in accordance with company policies and procedures
Knowledge of federal government contracting
Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and agency supplements
Ability to establish and maintain client relationships with internal and external clients
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Ability to manage a robust contract portfolio of various size, scope, and complexity
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possession of excellent analytical skills to solve problems and mitigate risks
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
