The Opportunity:
Mattel is currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator;
What Your Impact Will Be:
- Answer phone calls and assist walk-in customers with Facilities questions.
- Assign work requests in MicroMain to Union team members.
- Utilize MicroMain modules to identify Union member workloads and disperse accordingly.
- Assist with Department Oracle expense reports and additional reports as needed.
- Maintain vacation schedule for Department.
- Order office supplies as needed.
- Order equipment to maintain buildings.
- Create purchase requisitions in Coupa for the department. Capital Projects and Expense.
- Check CER projects for outstanding and open PO’s.
- Close PO’s when no further action is expected.
- Verify vendor payments.
- Maintain an updated record of invoices from external partners.
- Update Term report and remove employees from AutoCAD floorplan (Assist Space Planner)
- Receive GTO tickets for Onboarding of new employees and update employee location.
- Order ergonomic equipment for employees.
- Utility monthly payments and tracking (Charts reflecting spend/usage)
- EH&S documentation (Document control, training scheduled, compliance, etc.)
