The Human Resources Coordinator provides reception, administrative, and clerical support for the Human Resources Department.
Job Functions
Responsible for all filing, scanning and maintenance of the integrity of systems, including creating and collapsing employee files upon hire or termination and archiving files. Ensuring filing is always current and accurate.
Provides front line Customer Service, providing support to applicants and assisting with applications on computers, pre-employment testing, access to HRIS or other systems, and assist employees with questions or other information regarding HR functions.
Supporting the interview process by scheduling onboarding appointments, helping recruiters manage interview times, and assisting with the scheduling of complex interviews that involve multiple leaders.
Supports the onboarding process to include completion of all paperwork by providing new hires with any documentation including, but not limited to, job offer letters, orientation schedules and job descriptions. Sets up files for new personnel.
Performs administrative duties include: data entry, new hire quality checks, reports, creating binders flyers and memos, copying and scanning.
Responsible for monitoring supplies and ordering as necessary.
Participates in the planning and the implementation of employee events that are sponsored by the Human Resources Department.
Job Requirements
A minimum of three years of clerical and customer service experience
Previous human resources experience is highly preferred
Must have computer knowledge and skills, including Microsoft Office and advanced knowledge of Excel.
Able to provide exceptional reception and customer service
Good work ethic with a history of reliability and good attendance on previous jobs
