Job Abstract

We are looking for a Purchasing Assistant to assist in purchases, import & inventory control based on our company's needs. Purchasing Assistant responsibilities include placing orders and tracking container movements. If you have a related experience, we'd like to meet you.

Responsibilities
* Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
* Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
* Track orders and ensure timely delivery
* Update purchase order details (dates, vendors, quantities, price)
* Provide shipping doc to the custom broker for customs clearance
* Track ocean containers to work with forwarding agents and trucking companies
Skills
* Min 1+ year related working experience required
* Good communication, detailed oriented and multi tasking
* Proficient in MS Word and Excel (Must)
* Mandarin & English Bi-Lingual preferred
