The Training Administrator will be responsible for maintaining content on our online training platforms, assigning modules and monitoring module completion. They will also be responsible for assisting with editing of online modules, assisting the Trainer with instructor-led training sessions, helping to coordinate in-person training sessions and any additional tasks as set out by their Training Supervisor. This role will require regular visits to our St Thomas office, therefore driving distance to the office would be preferred as this role is not a fully remote position.
Create and Update training modules (e-learning, and instructor-led)
Assigning training modules to learners for completion within a set time frame
Maintain site pages: Home page, Course Catalog, Product Announcements, Brands, Documents
Keeping up to date with new product launches and/or product changes
Create Training Plans for the different roles/learning levels
Research and reach out to internal/external subject matter experts as needed
Audit existing teaching materials and course aids and update them as required
Follow up regularly with the Module Reviewers to ensure they have each approved the training material assigned to them for review
Assist the Trainer with preparation of instructor-led training sessions
Support product launch and commercialization activities?
Address additional tasks set out by your Training Supervisor
Required Experience with the following programs:
Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, word, outlook, Teams, Stream, Sharepoint)
?Experience with the following programs considered an asset:
High School Diploma, Post Secondary Degree (Preferred)
1 year Experience with e-learning training. Recent graduates are welcome.
Knowledge of Learning Management Systems is ideal, with a preference given to LMS365
Strong organizational skills
Requires great communication skills (written and spoken) in English, (French and Spanish are considered assets).
Great with time management, and ability to prioritize tasks.
Track record of delivering projects on-time
Able to work independently as well as in collaboration (group settings)
