The Consumer Experience Senior Product Manager is responsible for strategizing, developing, and enhancing the claims consumer journey across analog and digital products. This crucial role focuses on optimizing user experience through a data-driven approach, guiding the product roadmap, and collaborating with multifunctional teams including the claims platform product team to deliver solutions that meet consumer needs and drive the company's growth. Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition and execution of the vision for a comprehensive consumer user experience across all touchpoints, both digital and analog.
- Utilize data analytics to analyze user behaviors, identify conversion funnel bottlenecks, and prioritize impactful product enhancements.
- Collaborate with UX/UI design, platform product teams, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams to conceptualize and implement user experience improvements.
- Manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery of product enhancements.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of experience in Product Management
5+ years of experience translating features into consumer or associate facing products
5+ years managing all aspects of a product feature throughout its lifecycle from concept to delivery
5+ years leading cross-functional teams that drive results during product discovery and product delivery
3+ years of experience building and shipping technical products
High sense of accountability and strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions
Proven experience in managing digital platforms or services, with a preference for backgrounds in emergency services, roadside assistance, or similar fields.
Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction
Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, or Marketing
Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Insurance industry experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as software engineering or computer science
Agile certifications preferred (i.e., SAFe, Scrum Alliance, Scrum.Org, ICAgi
Annual Salary
$143,000.00 - $224,000.00
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
