We are searching for a skilled professional to manage day-to-day business operations, deeply understand driving factors behind our KPIs, and influence our strategic direction through data-driven insights. You'll be at the heart of decision-making, crafting narratives around business results, leading performance initiatives, and ensuring alignment across various cross-functional teams.
Manage business operations and analyze KPIs to develop strategic plans for improving performance.
Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on business results, identifying trends and performing root cause analyses.
Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver performance updates and actionable recommendations.
Identify and implement opportunities for performance acceleration in coordination with cross-functional leaders.
Evaluate the effectiveness of GTM activities, driving necessary pivots or enhancements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in strategic or business performance and/or organizational change initiatives.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Docs, Excel, Tableau, SQL) and financial forecasting.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
