Key Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of spend activity for assigned category areas and determine appropriate metrics and information to be measured and reported.\t
Develop and negotiate rate cards to ensure consistent price levels across our Business.

Evaluate and synthesize pertinent data including, but not limited to - spend, purchase practices, supply market intelligence, stakeholder requirements, benchmark information, supplier performance data, business cases.\t
Partner with functional and business leaders to reduce total cost of ownership and increase efficiency.

Identify large-scale business opportunities and improvement initiatives that increase profitability.\t
Knowledge and experience with procurement/spend systems data and analysis.\t
Ability to inspire change in a global decentralized organization with minimum supervision.
Qualifications:
\t
Relevant Strategic Sourcing experience preferably in Insurance or Financial Services.\t
Sourcing experience in the development and management of a global supply base and development of policy and process.\t
Experience in leading local, regional and global sourcing initiatives for major groups of goods and services.\t
strong and proven commercial acumen across multiple spend categories with a focus on SOW development.\t
Ability to influence across functions and drive results without direct ownership.\t
Experience building diverse supply chains and/or Supplier Diversity.\t
Proven track record of owning and driving results.\t
Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills across various areas of the Business.\t
Proficiency in Procure-to-Pay tools (e.g. Coupa, Oracle, etc.) preferred, including experience designing workflows.\t
