As an Industry Executive for Federal Healthcare Research covering the Google Public Sector, you will leverage existing relationships with C-level executives, develop new relationships, and act as a trusted business partner with an understanding of agency issues and goals. In this role, you will guide Google’s strategy in Federal Healthcare Research and promote products to make organizations more productive, collaborative, and mobile.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000-$164,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Build strategic partnerships with decision-makers, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to secure major contracts and expand Google's role as a key technology provider. Engage your network of executives within Federal Healthcare Research customers to expand Google's influence.
Act as a thought leader in the Federal Healthcare Research sector. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Engineers, and Google Partners to pinpoint and secure business opportunities, tailoring solutions based on your sector expertise.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the evolving Federal Healthcare Research landscape, including technology priorities, strategic initiatives, and the evolving regulatory environment. Guide Google's strategy accordingly.
- Develop Federal Healthcare Research solutions working with and leading cross-organizational resources to bring to life solutions, including but not limited to, leading the launch within the go-to-market organization.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in leadership in a public sector organization, overseeing the advancement of priority initiatives such as technology implementation, managing budget and procurement decisions, or personnel/resource management.
- Experience establishing and maintaining sustained relationships with executive-level decision-makers across public sector entities.
- Experience in Federal Healthcare Research, and working within any of the following: ARPA-H, NIH, FDA, CMS, CDC, or IHS.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience influencing the direction of strategic initiatives, technology adoption, and funding allocation.
- Experience evaluating vendors, making key procurement decisions, and shaping internal policies or procedures that impact operations.
- Knowledge of current pain points, emerging technologies, and potential opportunities for innovation.
- Understanding of the cloud-based technologies (e.g., Google Cloud).
- Understanding of the Federal Healthcare Research technology landscape.
