Your Role:
SolarWinds is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Manager overseeing the SLED (State and Local Government, Education) and Healthcare verticals.
Your Impact:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Provide ongoing coaching and training to ensure the team's success in identifying, qualifying, and closing new logo and strategic, install base opportunities within the SLED and Healthcare verticals.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.
Ensure the team maintains a healthy pipeline of opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
Your Experience:
Proven experience in sales leadership, team management, and coaching within the SLED and/or Healthcare sectors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving common goals.
Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, with a focus on driving results and exceeding targets.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market dynamics.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desired.
