Your Purpose
To be an integral part of the Partnership & Sales team supporting clients and team members. You will be responsible for qualifying/managing the inbound initiatives, updating and managing marketing material, helping retain clients, providing customer satisfaction, handling administrative tasks and motivating the sales staff to ensure targets are being met.

Your Role:
- Day to day support for commercial business segments:
- Wholesale, Travel Agents, GDS, Groups and Corporate
- Supporting these commercial business segments, you will fulfill contracts, billing, customer service, reporting, etc.
- Manage the inbound process; contacting, qualifying, etc.
- Manage Corporate Inbound process by contacting, qualifying, etc.
- Manage New and Existing Corporate Accounts by:
- On-boarding company and corporate admin, creating contracts, providing customer service, status reports, etc.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with the accounts and their direct corporate admins.
- Coordinate and execute Group Bookings for:
- Commercial, Community Affairs, Public Affairs, etc.
- Coordinating and executing the Group Business, includes but not limited to:
- creating quotes, booking, billing, customer service, collaboration with other internal departments; operations, stations, guest experience, F&B, and mobility to provide the optimal and memorable experience.
- Collaborating with IT, Accounting, Revenue Management, Legal to ensure the business is running smoothly and efficiently internally as well for our customers.
You:
- You have a demonstrated history, a minimum of 1-2 years, of working in a sales, marketing, or account management with customer service experience.
- You should be proactive, positive and have strong multi-tasking skills.
- You have a personable demeanor with strong verbal and communication skills.
- You have CRM experience, HubSpot preferred.
- You are detailed-oriented and take pride in being organized and have excellent time management skills.
- You have a willingness to learn and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- You have strong computer skills and experience with MS Office.
