Position Summary:
This position will be responsible for the cross-functional coordination and execution of all golf ball finished good skus, golf ball stamps, and other 2D assets needed to fulfill all business needs. This position will work with the Category Product Manager to maintain a clear and focused global product line to produce, launch and manage best-in-class product.
Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:
In alignment with strategy and initiatives, , coordinate the execution of a 3 year global product line calendar and provide updates with global regions, operations, purchasing, R&D and US strategic account representatives across all distribution channels.
Run SKU analysis and track product performance and provide line recommendations to ensure product efficiency within offerings.
Manage full cycle PDD process and established project timelines. Create and track all PDDs for on time SKU set up completion.
Support US seeding and sample needs and execution with sourcing, sales operations and marketing.
Co-develop along with Category Product Manager all legally approved go to market assets; sell sheets, presentations, charts & graphs, introduction letters.
Maintain an ongoing and thorough knowledge of competitive products and current market landscape.
Maintain an expert knowledge of Golf Ball product line for training presentations and product inquiries.
Document and track each project’s timeline, progress, challenges and completion and provide regular status updates/communication to Management.
Performs other related duties and assignments as requested.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Passionate golfer, understands the industry and consumers
Experience planning, organizing, managing and communication skills are required
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrated ability to plan, evaluate, and effectively present ideas and concepts
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Strong analytical skills
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to attend to multiple concurrent tasks.
Ability to take initiative and work independently, with minimal day-to-day supervision
Interpersonal skills suited to dealing courteously and professionally with external business contacts and among many functions within the TaylorMade organization.
Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree required in Business Management, Marketing, Advertising, or other related field
2+ years of prior experience in business with experience in Product Marketing, Product Line Management, Communication with a corporate or agency setting
Relevant golf industry experience preferred.
Work Environment / Physical Requirements:
Office conditions, heavy computer use
Occasional travel required
Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials
Able to work overtime and/or extended hours as required

We consider many factors in determining base compensation, including position scope, job related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. The expected hourly base pay range for this position is $28–30. Additional benefits, such as health & wellness, performance bonuses, product discounts, holidays, paid time off, etc. may also be offered in accordance with our plans.
