Experience in Project Management and/or estimating in commercial roofing or similar commercial construction industry. Read and understands blueprints, specifications and project documentation. Understanding of commercial/industrial system design and installation code compliance and manufacturers requirements for warranty. Experience with project management software, preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel Word Outlook Power Point)Written and verbal communication and time management abilities. Organized person and enjoys working outside. Lift and climb up and down a 30 ft. ladder or many flights of stairs. Capable of receiving instructions and clearly explaining problems and solutions to customers. Abide by all job-site safety requirements, including PPE, and fall protection. Must be team orientated and be willing to perform based on the company's Core Values.
