The Head of IT is responsible for managing the company's technology platform. This includes hardware, software, servers and networks. The IT Director will work closely with company's contracted Managed Service Provider (MSP), which provides oversight, monitoring and support for comapany servers, networks, and cybersecurity. The IT Director also oversees desktop support, external vendors, and supports IT initiatives. The Head of IT also has general management responsibilities, consistent with leading an IT function. Education and/or Work Experience and Other Requirements:

Bachelors degree, preferably in computer science or a related discipline\t
