Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

The Zenith Operations Manager will work closely with the VP, Zenith Operations and other members of the operations team, as well as clients and business unit stakeholders, to create processes and practices to improve the day-to-day efficiency and effectiveness of the Operations team, facilitate innovation, and control costs. This is a generalist role that involves managing and supporting projects across the full range of subject matter supported by Zenith. The Zenith Operations Manager must be able to adapt to changing priorities and business needs and must be proactive in identifying areas of need and generating action plans.
Responsibilities:
- Manages the Zenith Operations Team overseeing training, bookkeeping, payroll, and billing operations
- Support leadership with short/long term planning and execution of team/company goals
- Coordinating across Zenith (operations, technology, training) and Commercial Banking teams to foster an exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities
- Accountable for implementing and enhancing internal process guidelines, templates, and workflows
- Manage strategic and operational initiatives and projects with on-time and on-budget results
- Identify potential problems and points of friction to find solutions that maximize efficiency and reduce risk long term
- Create and manage Quality Assurance program to manage compliance, operational and financial risk
Requirements:
- Associate's degree
- 2+ years' experience in day-to-day operations and direct team management
- Experience with problem-solving to manage projects of varying size
- Change management capabilities and interpersonal skills to communicate with leadership and staff
- Adaptability to respond quickly to a shifting reality to adjust initiatives and priorities
- Understanding of basic accounting functions
