Job Description

The position is responsible for monitoring and communicating staffing plans, contractual compliance, incentive compensation metrics, and supporting Operations and Finance; as well as, maintains positive relationships with essential partners; while preparing the organization to thrive in an increasingly dynamic market.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or Health Administration required; MHA or MBA preferred.
Work Experience (Years and Area): 3 years of healthcare experience required, preferably with provider groups.
Management Experience (Years and Area): 1 year of management experience required, including project management experience.
Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact); Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking); Writing /Composing: Correspondence / Reports)
Other Skills: Analytical; Mathematics; Medical Terms; Research; P.C.; MS Word; MS Excel
