Raytheon is seeking a proven, high performing Manager, Human Resources Partner to serve as a partner to its Business Functions. In this dynamic and fast-paced role you will partner and collaborate with the HR Lead and business leaders to understand the business strategies and objectives while applying HR solutions in a proactive manner, consistent with the Human Resources vision and mission.
The Manager, Human Resources Partner will have responsibility for the execution of HR processes and activities to support designated customer groups. The role will collaborate with leaders as an advisor and architect on topics including organizational effectiveness, change and talent management, compensation, benefits and employee relations. Through partnership with other HR Leaders, Business Partners and Partner across the business, this position will provide leadership and support in the execution of strategic HR initiatives such as workforce planning, succession planning, employee engagement, and talent development.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to frontline, mid-level and senior leaders and employees
- Demonstrate an understanding of how HR can support business growth and performance
- Translate business and HR strategies into operational and actionable plans
- Serve as a partner focusing on brokering solutions to business problems
- Collaborate with company-wide HR functional partners such as Organizational Effectiveness, Employee Relations, Total Rewards and Global Talent to execute critical processes
- Embrace and model core values to further advance the organizational culture; develop and implement strategies in support of diversity, equity and inclusive initiatives, employee engagement and retention
- Execute project deliverables, exercise sound judgment and work collaboratively on multiple projects is critical in this role
- Proactively anticipate employee relations issues, advocate for and drive to resolution
- Provide timely counsel and coaching to reconcile concerns including internal investigations, corrective actions and coaching
- Travel as needed up to 15%
Basic Qualifications:
- Typically requires a university degree with 8+ years Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related discipline or an advanced degree with 5+ years of the same experience
- Experience coaching leaders on complex people issues
- Project management skills
- General knowledge of applicable Federal and State employment laws
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Human Resources, or Business Administration
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to build relationships with a broad range of styles at all levels, clearly and articulately present ideas, and influence decision-making
- Strong business acumen and diverse business perspective
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Capable of working collaboratively across teams and independently
- Demonstrated integrity and strong judgment
- Interpret and consistently apply HR policies to mitigate risk and ensure equitable solutions

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
