The Financial Solutions Analyst plays a proactive role in partnering our finance department with other business (often technical) teams to develop and manage solutions that align with business goals and drive targeted outcomes. This position involves leading analysis and design tasks to ensure technology solutions meet business needs while adhering to architectural standards.
This is an exciting, new position that represents an excellent opportunity to make substantial contributions to a dynamic and thriving business. The position reports to the Manager of Financial Controls and Compliance.

What you’ll be doing:
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and shape requirements to meet business objectives
- Monitor and evaluate the current solution portfolio, research emerging technology trends, and recommend improvements to align with business requirements
- Serve as a liaison between business and IT teams, lead solution implementation, and develop a roadmap for the evolution of the enterprise solution portfolio
- Manage prioritization of defects, enhancements, and improvements.
- Identify and replicate issues - understanding priority, impact, frequency, and severity. Escalate and track to resolution
- Manage thorough and adequate testing of considered solutions
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's+ degree in finance, accounting, IT, project management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 4-5 years of experience in IT solution development with a focus on supporting Finance stakeholders and/or finance/business analyst roles
- ERP system and/or ERP implementation experience preferred
- Experience leading workstreams and supporting a multi-unit organization's finance department
- Experience with finance and accounting solutions and automation tools
- Proficiency in project or task management tools, functional design tools, and creative solution tools
- Exposure to diverse technologies and strong communication and collaboration skills
