We are seeking Team Lead to join our team in our New Orleans, LA location.

The Team Leader is responsible to ensure that their Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team is adhering to fidelity standards of the ACT model. This involves facilitating morning meetings, providing clinical guidance in treatment, crisis resolution and support, assessing and providing services to consumers with SMI and Co-Occurring Disorder, ensuring documentation is completed accurately and timely. Team Leaders also must provide clinical and administrative supervisions, participate in audits/surveys/reviews, consult and collaborate in calls with stakeholders. Team Leaders complete authorizations for consumers on the team as well. Administrative task include: Data tracking, Quality Call Back reviews, approval of PTO and time entry, medical filing, and handling calls that come into the office for your assigned team.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work or Psychology required.
• Supervisory / program management experience preferred.
• License is required -- LCSW, LPC or LMFT
